Trades can be evaluated M-F 9-6 & Saturday 9-2
The parts department handles parts, accessories and apparel sales.
The service department handles repairs.

NOTES: Please allow enough time to complete your transaction prior to closing time. For sales, if you wish to pick up a vehicle this means you need to arrive at least 1 hour before closing for vehicles where the paperwork has already been started. For vehicles you have not started paperwork on, or an Arctic Cat, arrive by 4:30 Monday thru Friday or by noon on Saturday. If you are applying for financing please allow an extra hour if you want to get the machine that same day. If you are from out-of-state on an ATV, dirt bike or snowmobile you must schedule an appointment for Monday thru Friday 9:00-4:00 or Saturday 9:00-11:00. For service drop-offs and pick-ups arrive by 5:30 Monday thru Friday or by 1:30 on Saturday. Also on Friday afternoons Hoosick Street is very busy, you should add 20-30 minutes to your travel time, even more when there is a Monday holiday following that Friday. Our staff rotates through lunch from noon until 2:00. Wait times will most likely be longer during lunch, especially for the service department when the service writer is at lunch (usually from 12:00 until 1:00). Finally, on Saturdays you will find between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM to be the busiest time of the week, please plan accordingly!
